In this role, you’ll be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and shipping customer orders — handling up to 150 orders per day. You’ll also process customer returns and exchanges, restock finished goods, and help manage inventory to keep operations running smoothly.
This is a fast-paced position that demands strong attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a positive attitude even during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Process incoming returns and exchanges
- Restock finished goods and maintain accurate inventory
- Ensure all shipments meet quality and compliance standards
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining organization
Requirements:
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving (high-volume e-commerce experience is strongly preferred)
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours per day
- Proficiency with shipping software and inventory management systems
- Comfortable using both Mac OS and Windows operating systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment

About us
InjectorsDirect.com was founded in San Luis Obispo, California in 2009. After having to replace the injectors in an LB7 Duramax, we realized that there needed to be a better way for diesel pickup owners to get quality fuel injection parts for their trucks at reasonable prices. We offer parts for Duramax, Cummins, and Power Stroke Diesel engines. Our expert technicians are trained to test and service all the products we offer.
